LED welding conditions:
(1) Soldering iron welding: the tip temperature of the soldering iron (maximum 30W) shall not exceed 280 ° C; The soldering iron must be grounded, and the static electricity cannot exceed the range; The welding time shall not exceed 3 seconds; The welding position shall be at least 3mm away from the colloid.
(2) Immersion welding: the maximum temperature of immersion welding is 260 ° C; Immersion welding time shall not exceed 3 seconds; The dip welding position shall be at least 3mm away from the colloid.
Pin forming method:
(1) The bracket must be 2mm away from the gel before it can be bent.
(2) The support forming must be completed by clamps or professionals.
(3) Support forming must be completed before welding.
(4) The support forming shall ensure that the pin and spacing are consistent with the circuit board.
LED installation method:
(1) Pay attention to the arrangement of the external lines of various devices to prevent incorrect polarity installation. The device shall not be too close to the heating element, and the working conditions shall not exceed the specified limit.
(2) Be sure not to install the LED when the pin is deformed.
(3) When it is decided to install in the hole, calculate the size and tolerance of the hole pitch of the hole and the circuit board to avoid excessive pressure on the bracket.
(4) When installing LED, it is recommended to use guide sleeve for positioning.
(5) Before the welding temperature returns to normal, the LED must not be subjected to any vibration or external force.
